Welcome to the Sinners and Saints Bakery, a small woman-owned business in Oxnard, California. We specialize in custom baked goods made from the freshest in-season ingredients. People often look upon eating baked goods as a dieting "sin." The concept behind the bakery is that indeed, it can be a sin to eat a piece a luscious cake or indulge in a gooey cinnamon roll. But it doesn't have to be. For each indulgent product we sell we aim to have a version for the "saints" among us, those who love to indulge a little, but want to keep the sugar intake for the day at a minimum. So whether you are in the mood to indulge a little or a lot we have just the right sweet option for you! And remember, even the saints admitted to sinning a little once in a while!
Some people love a classy, understated party on their birthday. Others, love a no holds barred theme party. Whichever style suits you or your loved one, we can create a special cake for you. Below are two examples of possibilities for you next party. First, we see a novelty cake which was made on request for a white trash themed birthday party. Next we have an example of a more classic birthday cake decoration. The difference in pricing is based on the number of hours involved in decorating the novelty cake.

I would have to say that hands down, my absolute favorite thing about the holiday season is homemade pie. Pie has to be the most versatile of the baked goods. I mean, it makes a great dessert and a great breakfast on the go. And there is just something about a homemade pie that you can’t seem to get anywhere else. I think it might be love, or butter, or both.
A classic staple of any holiday table, apple pie makes me feel like I am home no matter where I am. And there is no beating the flavor and aroma of this one.

There is nothing in this world that I feel anchors me more to the past than eating fresh baked bread. Certain fad diets would have you believe that eating bread, one of the kings of the carbohydrate family makes you a sinner, or worse, a minor demon. These diets work under the assumption that you are eating grocery store bread from a bag, and they have a point. It is so difficult to look at the ingredient list on a grocery store bread and realize that: 1. I have no idea what many of the ingredients are, let’s face it, most of the ingredients; 2. One of the first three ingredients is sugar. Question, Is it really necessary to have that much sugar in order to make your bread taste good? Answer, no. 3. It is not natural for any food item to be able to sit on my counter mold free for weeks on end.
Luckily, bread doesn’t have to be for sinners alone! No, natural fresh baked bread can be eaten in moderate proportions and still leave you with your halo in the morning. Just remember to watch how much of that butter ends up on it, or your halo might get slippery and fall right off!

Love garlic bread? Me too! Hate how many calories it has? Me too! Here is a whole wheat bread with the garlic baked right it. It has a smooth texture and is great for toasting. I love it for sandwiches or as a side to spaghetti. There are app. 12 slices per loaf and only about 100 calories per slice! Garlic Wheat bread is $6.00 per loaf and can be delivered for free within the Oxnard area, bread can also be shipped, however in the instance of shipping a fee will be applied.

These are a few examples of my specialty cake offerings. They can be made in any number of shapes and colors. They can also be made with a variety of filling flavors: chocolate, chocolate ganache, vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, lemon, orange, just to name a few. The cake is also available in a variety of flavors and textures. In addition I strongly believe in using the freshest, in-season ingredients so, for example, right now you could get a whipped cream and strawberry filling if you wanted.
